Project includes the multipurpose concert hall building and on the new landscaped civic piazza. Multifunctional auditorium with transparent transformable dome is designed as a giant clock dial marked with 24 hours. Current time is displayed as arrow – running golden ball with bright LED incorporated light strip , this 64m diameter clock will be the largest in the world , and part of the plaza will be turned into even more gigantic clock dial. The building houses multi-function auditorium/theatre space, aquapark, fitness-centre, bars and restaurants.
