Design concept and detailed development.
In 2006 RMJM design team won International competition against Jean Nouvel, Daniel Liebeskind, Herzog & De Meuron, Massimilliano Fuksas, OMA/Rem Koolhas, In 2010 under the pressure of UNESCO the project has been relocated to the new site, which is more distanced from historical centre. Current project name – Lakhta Centre
